EmpiRx Health Named to Fortune and Great Places To Work® 2022 Best Workplaces in Health Care™

The prestigious list recognizes companies that provide a superior workplace experience and report high levels of employee satisfaction.

Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine have named EmpiRx Health, the industry’s only value-based pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), one of Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care™ 2022, ranked 18 among small- and medium-sized companies.

Fortune partnered with Great Place to Work® to produce this prestigious list, based on more than 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing over 6.1 million employees. Compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company, 94% of employees at EmpiRx Health say it is a great place to work. When employees were asked what makes it a great place to work, many used words such as, “friendly,” “positive” and “supportive” to describe the culture.
